Decent vibe but quite hot at times (knowing climate here), delicious iced chocolate, soft serve flavours a bit unique for Malaysians’ liking but ok for me but not for my kid. Nevertheless, a good try if you ever visit Ipoh/Gopeng to support the outlet which is not as lively as the other premium outlets in Malaysia.

It's worth visiting this place while you're in Ipoh. The peanut butter and jelly ice cream is fantastic, and the hot chocolate is also very nice. I appreciated the clean environment and the attentive, kind staff.

Don’t go there expecting the best coffee/ice cream in the world. Go there for the scenery and maybe a little shopping spree! The service from Mr Syafiq was superb, 10/10! It made our experience so much better

It's my first time at Coach Coffee Shop, and I love the ambience here. The outlet manager, Ezwan, was very kind, treating my father an ice cream while the girls had fun shopping at Coach. Definitely a great place to visit!

Worth giving a shot. Totally loved the PBJ ice cream Staffs were really welcoming. Came here during weekdays, unfortunately it was pouring. Nevertheless great scenic spot for taking pictures.

Stumbled upon Coach Coffee Shop while walking around and decided to give it a try. The two barista girls were incredibly friendly. I ordered an iced latte and iced chocolate. The coffee was enjoyable, and the iced chocolate was decent. The overall experience was pleasant, especially sipping my drinks under the umbrella with a lovely lake view. Great ambiance!
